Bummer

I love this app WHEN I CAN OPEN IT. I have to uninstall and reinstall it everyday to be able to get into it. Sure, I can use the online version, but what is the point of downloading this app if it doesnt even open. It is so aggravating to transfer things from one Adobe program to another Adobe app to save to the creative cloud, especially, because there are no help options or directions. If I hadnt spent 6 year in an architecture program working with Adobe programs, I would never understand how to use any of these apps.

Much Improvement

Version 2.1.0 (11) is stable now! Also updated my phone’s iOS so maybe that made a difference also. So glad they fixed this! It’s a great start for an app that I’m sure will only become more helpful and useful as new features are added. Would like to hide the .BridgeCache files, but that’s something Adobe needs to implement across the entire CC platform, not just the app.

Nice Idea but Libraries Not Syncing

I like the idea of having my "assets"/graphics on my phone for on-the-go small projects but the mobile app library is not syncing, so its pretty much pointless. With the addition of Adobe Stock, Id really love my newly licensed graphics to show up without reinstalling the app each time. Would also love to see an Adobe Stock search interface added.

Not fully working

Cant save images from the cloud to my phone. It says saving then the images are never saved to camera roll. Fix that please

Help!

Great app and idea for the iPhone, but wont let me save the images I put in this app.. I can see them all clearly (slightly worse image quality) but wont let me save the images from this app to my camera roll.

Sync screenshot

Why on earth would I need to sync every screenshot with my Adobe cloud thing ? Why is the screen touting this virally set to agree to it when I launch the app ?

Flakey

Doesnt stay logged in. Doesnt update synced file previews.

Wont install

Latest update downloaded but wont install, been like that for a couple of days. Im guessing its a bug with iOS but until its fixed, heres a negative review.

Photo quality degraded

The quality of my photos were great until the new update, now my pictures that are stored in creative cloud come out pixelated

Failure!!

App will not let me log in at all. I get 1/2 entering email and screen goes back to login or create an account. Total failure on Adobe part!!

Adobe needs to invest in this app

With the increase focus on Adobe Creative Cloud apps they need to also invest in this app since it is the easiest way to manage the assets you use in those apps. Basic improvements should be: - Batch move multiple files instead of one at a time - Ability to filter files by date, file type etc. - Better readability as moving and working with files often results in an error - Dont hide the most commonly used functionality like creating a new folder in menus - Better filtering and sorting for the marketplace and Adobe stock results

Terrible. I love the concept but its unusable. The app insists I have used 105% of my available storage but I have NO file save?!

Works Off and On

Adobe really needs to polish the CC experience in general, but this app is frustrating. I save to CC from my laptop and then want to grab the pic out of CC on my phone to post to IG and other sites. Half the time, I cant get the full resolution version to render or the file wont download to my phone. This usually occurs simultaneously, so I can only assume this is some connection/server issue on their end (This happens while connected to different wifi locations and over cell). Pretty frustrating with something that should be so simple.

Deplorable

My greatest frustration with this app is that I cant select "open in" to open a file in another app. Almost every other app where that is applicable has that capability. When I contacted support about it I never received a response. The app in general is very unreliable. I had it crash during a very important meeting. Sometimes a file wont load or wont load all the way. On occasion when I try to open a file a different file opens, and if I try again with another file the same thing happens. If this was really meant to be a free app I would be more understanding, but most of the people using it often are paying for very expensive subscriptions. At least my employer is anyway. The app should work very well but it doesnt.

Needs document provider fix

In some apps or websites that want me to upload from any images from the Adobe creative cloud, apparently I cant do that because it says "doesent support importing files". Please fix it

Great Idea, Poor Execution

When i first got this app, it did everything i needed to do which was mostly being able to show clients (and prospects) what i am currently working on. Now I’ve reached a point where the app doesn’t update my files that are stored I’m my create cloud folder. which, for me, makes it completely useless.

Not dependable

It never works. Files never open, theyre always just loading. How is that ADOBE cant make an app right?

I AM NOT GIVING ANOTHER STAR UNTIL YOU LET ALL ADOBE APPS, MOBILE OR PC, HAVE A LIFETIME LICENSE FOR THE APP, WHEN YOU PURCHASE IT. (PC version)

Does what I want it to do

After editing on my desktop I throw a few photos into the cloud and then save them to my phone through this app to post on Instagram. Works well enough.
