I waited until after an update (todays) and yes its still doing it. Even removed, reinstalled. It just crashes after a couple seconds. No matter what. I appreciate Adobes efforts on iPad, but this app is particularly frustrating, and needs to be really good.
I’m glad those guys at Creative Cloud mobile are listening. So far its been smooth for me with no crashes in the 2.3.0 release. I am running an iPhone 6s on 9.2.1. The app appears quicker, smoother scrolling. and faster download of pictures, The copy function in the files and library is very is very cool. Mobile Creations access!! The SPEED of the photos browser is stupendous! The rotations and paging in the multipage are much better. The fitment in the iPad pro so far is great. I don’t see pixellation in assets as others have noted in the previous release. Everything appears more solid this time around. I’d give it a try. If your crashing right upfront, you may need to log out to flush the credentials. I think (as a software developer myself) their implementation of global login may not be perfect. Just deleting just the app won’t reset the login if its in a bad state. All apps that use the “global keychain” sometimes has this issue. I believe if you have a problem there is a “give us feedback" that you can use in app. I’ve used it and they do response if you tell them the problem and give an email address. They emailed me back! So far it’s been amazing improvement for me! I will forget the last release and try this one.
This app definitely needs some work! While its convenient to have access and download assets from our CC libraries, its not exactly a manageable app. When trying to sort through and clean-up folders, youre forced to move each asset one at a time. VERY tedious and time-consuming work. Deleting unwanted assets is also a challenge, as you have delete them one at a time. Definitely needs to be updated to allow multiple selection of assets for deleting, moving and saving/sharing. Please fix and update!
I use creative cloud libraries and files everyday. It helps me work with different files anywhere I go. I love that I can work while Im on the road.
I cannot imagine anyone in business not benefiting from this App. Its simply fantastic.
This app is entirely unreliable when saving images to my phone. It shows no progress bar and just idles when I tap Save Image. Fix this problem and the app will be great!
My pictures wont sync since the last update
This app is fine on iPhone but does not work well on the iPad Pro. When you try to view documents the app auto zooms and you can not readjust in order to see the full document.

I was really excited about accessing my creative cloud through this app because I transfer photos from desktop to iPhone daily. Unfortunately, it gets stuck in the image loading wheel and crashes immediately. This would be a very useful tool if they fix the issues.
I DETEST the " subscription" concept. Im sticking with CS6 and avoiding Apples OS updates and hardware. The CC Apps have been tested on my iPad and laptop and all I want is Photoshop and its clear that finger painting is not interesting to me, so that leaves the laptop. $55/mo for two apps? Why cant we order a la carte? That way, as I understand it, would reduce the cost to ~$20/mo. Tolerable.
Just crashed as I got into the app after signing in and approving access to my photos and screenshots. Hopefully a fix is on the way in a coming update? 4 stars just because I Love the CC suite, desktop and ios. [using an iPad mini 4]
Very buggy. You need to completely shut down app and reopen app to see any changes or updates made. Horrible. Unfortunate since the other Adobe Apps are awesome
Sometimes it works great and downloads quickly so I can save my videos to my computer from my phone. The rest of the time it shows the loading wheel and never ever stops loading even when I restart my phone and everything. Would be 5 stars if they fixed it
